1. This Privacy Policy

is the Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as The Privacy Policy) that applies to all information, including personal data, in the understanding of the applicable law (hereinafter referred to as Personal Information), that MOBILE SERVICES LLC hereinafter referred to as «Administration of Service, can receive in the process of use by any person becoming a user upon registration on the website of Service https:/proba.ai/ (hereinafter - Service), hereinafter referred to as «User», together on the text of the Agreement called «Parties»and separately - «Party», as well as during the performance of the Service Administration of any agreements and contracts concluded with the User in connection with the use of the Service.

Personal data of the user Administration Service can use for:
1.1 Creation of an account and identification of the User registered on the Service website.
1.2 Provide the User with access to the Service site.
1.3 Provide feedback to the User on the use of the Service.
1.4 Timely receipt of payments and disbursements.
1.5 Provide the User with effective technical support when problems arise in using the Service.

2. Definition of confidential information.

«Confidential information» means any information or data disclosed by any Party, which are marked or otherwise designated as confidential or official or which should otherwise be reasonably understood to be confidential in the light of the nature of the information and the circumstances surrounding its disclosure.

However, Confidential Information will not include any information that (a) is in the public domain through no fault of the host; (b) was properly known to the host, without restriction, prior to disclosure by the disclosing party; (c) was properly disclosed to the receiving party, without restriction, by another person legally authorized to do so; or (d) independently developed by the receiving party without use or reference to the Confidential Disclosure Information.

3. Protection of confidential information.

Each Party agrees that it will use the confidential information of the other Party only in accordance with the provisions of this Policy, and it shall not disclose or permit its disclosure, directly or indirectly, to any third party without the prior consent of the other party, by written consent, unless otherwise authorized by this Agreement. However, either party may disclose Confidential Information (a) to its employees, officials, directors, attorneys, auditors, financial advisers and other representatives, which need this information and are legally obliged to keep such information confidential in accordance with confidentiality obligations consistent with the obligations of the Policy; and (b) as required by law (in this case, the receiving party will provide the disclosing party with prior written notice, provide the disclosing party with an opportunity to challenge such disclosures, and endeavor to minimize such disclosures to the extent possible, permitted by applicable law.

No party will disclose the terms of this Policy to any third party, except that any party may disclose such terms confidentially to actual or potential creditors, investors or buyers. Each Party agrees to exercise due diligence in protecting Confidential Information from unauthorized use and disclosure.

In the event of an actual breach or threat of a breach of this Policy, a Party not in breach of the law will have the right to seek an immediate injunction and other remedies on an equitable basis without renouncing any other rights or available remedies. Each Party shall immediately notify the other in writing if it becomes aware of any breach of the confidentiality obligations set out in this Policy.

4. The Service Administration may make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the user.

5. The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force as soon as it is posted on the site, unless otherwise provided by the new Privacy Policy.
